Harjit Khatkar
Founder and CEO of Icon Consulting Group. With a background in economics from the University of Sheffield and over 15 years in the enterprise technology sector, Harjit built ICG from a Singapore startup into a multi-continental SAP staffing and consulting practice. Prior to founding ICG, he held senior sales and business development roles at K2 Partnering Solutions and Provanis. Harjit brings deep expertise in client relationship management, business development, and building high-performance organisations across APAC.
Christophe Derdeyn
A serial tech entrepreneur and business transformation specialist with over 25 years in the IT industry. Christophe led the technical side of AB-InBev's shared services transformation, covering 450 applications across 9 countries, before founding and scaling delaware's South-East Asia operations from zero to 300+ people and EUR 30M revenue across three countries. He has led complex transformations, some of which spanned over 130 countries. At Icon, Christophe oversees the advisory and transformation go-to-market, nearshore delivery centres, and strategic partnerships. Vice-President of the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Takao Minamiura
A highly accomplished finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across multinational corporations. Before joining ICG, Takao served as VP of Business Transformation and SCM (APAC) at Shiseido and as Group CFO at POKKA Singapore. His career includes progressive leadership roles at Procter & Gamble spanning governance, risk, compliance, and regional financial operations across Asia. Takao holds a BSc from Kyoto University and an ACCA Advanced Diploma, bringing rigorous financial governance to ICG's growth strategy.
