Working on a search and selection model means our client will engage Icon on a contingency basis. Our client will give an overview of the requirement including required experience, technical skills, location,salary, rate. Icon will then source, identify, shortlist, interview suitable candidates managing the process through offer negotiation and on boarding. We charge our recruitment fee based upon the confirmed placement and onboarding of a candidate.
As a search and selection partner, this model benefits the clients as they are able to access our recruitment services and expertise. All fees and costs are only due based upon a successful outcome.
Working on an exclusive model means our client will engage in a search and selection model with Icon as the sole recruitment supplier for both contract and permanent recruitment. This is an ongoing partnershipwith agreed committed deliverables and SLA’s to ensure ongoing exclusivity and quality.
Working on a retained model means our client will pay an upfront fee to conduct a thorough executive search, suitable candidate shortlist presentation, interview participation and offer negotiation. The assignment is only completed upon acceptance of offer and onboarding when the remainder of the fee will be charged.
