Our client will give an overview of the requirement including required experience, technical skills, location,salary, rate. Icon will then source, identify, shortlist, interview suitable candidates managing the process through offer negotiation and on boarding. We charge our recruitment fee based upon the confirmed placement and onboarding of a candidate.
As a search and selection partner, this model benefits the clients as they are able to access our recruitment services and expertise. All fees and costs are only due based upon a successful outcome.
